Scandinavian Style is here to stay and it is something to behold, my friends.

I know you’re probably thinking, why should I care? But I promise if you’re at all interested in the mood-lifting, transformative powers of finding a new favorite look, brand or outfit... you’re going to care about these Scandinavian gems.

After falling in love with the ethereal looks Cecilie Bahnsen sent down the runway a year ago, I started taking notice of just how many fabulous designers (like Cecilie) were showing at Copenhagen Fashion Week. So below are a few notes on some of the best and my personal faves as well as shoppable galleries of my top picks from each designer.

But first… some major style inspo fresh from the streets a few weeks ago at Copenhagen Fashion Week. (all. the. heart. eyes.)

Cecilie Bahnsen

Cecilie Bahnsen is the epitome of floaty, feminine and ethereal. Her designs and fabrics are just unreal. I love everything about this brand, even though, I’ll admit, all of the styles aren’t for all body types. Regardless, I’m going to swoon over all of her pieces for years to come for sure. The Cecilie Bahnsen top I own fits like a DREAM and is so flattering, fun and chic. Love her separates like her shorts sets, too!

Ganni

Where do I begin with Ganni? This brand is awesome. They’ve captivated the fashion set with amazing, high-fashion pieces that are whimsical, attractive, absolutely trendsetting and … wait for it… somewhat AFFORDABLE! It’s worth noting that Ganni just launched in the US less than a year ago. So if you’re wearing this brand, you’re definitely earning some street cred. I can’t wait for my floral mesh dress from the new collection to arrive. Do not forget to check out their shoes/accessories. I’ve been coveting basically every pair of boots they make for some time now. Do yourself a favor and buy a Ganni piece (or three) very soon.

Rotate

Rotate by Birger Christensen makes iconic dresses that are showing up eveeerryyywhere. Their “Number 1” and “Number 7” dresses have been cult favorites of the line so far (for good reason) but I’m eyeing the highlighter yellow jumpsuit this spring as well as the style 5 wrap dresses.

Stine Goya

Stine Goya just seems to understand women and clothes that look beautiful yet are highly functional. I have been adoring the beautiful Niki dress, but the new color blocking pieces are so good, as are other pieces like the feather-embellished sweater, any of the wrap dresses or gorgeous printed suiting separates.

Boyy

Boy oh boyy (sorry, had to) are these bags awesome. If you’re a regular follower you fully understand that my love for a waist belt/statement belt knows no end. So when I kept seeing these beautiful structured purses with amazing buckle detailing I had to find out more. I can’t recommend one style because THEY’RE ALL SO DANG GOOD.

Saks Potts

Chances are, if you follow fashion at all, you’ve seen a photo or two of a woman wearing a really cool, unique coat (trench coat, fur coat, puffer coat or otherwise) in a bright hue and thought, dang, that really is a cool coat. Chances are, that coat was a Saks Potts. I can’t even with this brand. It is so cool. One day, I’m going to own one of these but until then, I’ll be over here coveting all. of. them.
